Big Sister - Little Brother

This is from this summer. But I just couldn't resist sharing these adorable kids!

Such a good big sister this Gracie is. Such a cute little brother this Jared is.

It's a Dog Pile!

This is the kind of stuff we do after supper.

It's a dog pile... a big Marely, Daddy, Gracie, Zach, and Jared Dog Pile!!!

All I can say is - I am glad I was the picture taker, and poor Marely!

Nightie-Night

When we tuck our little Zachy to bed every night he is cozy in his bed, under his covers.

Later when Marty and I go to bed we often find him in a different spot. Often it is on the floor. He moves his pillow to the floor and curls up. Sometimes he moves his pillow to the end of his bed and curls up there. He is such a silly little guy. One time we found him under the bed!  I had to snap a picture once so I don't forget about this and try to preserve the memories.

Since I snapped one of Zach I thought it was only fair I took one of the other kiddos sleepy too.

They are just so peaceful and adorable.

Mankato 1/2 Marathon 2012

Sunday October 21, 2012, 8:00am and we are ready for our run.
We had 5 runners this year representing the Sohre family:
Wendy, Shelly, Me, Marty, and Ted (not in the photo... he is to fast and was long gone by the time the rest of us made it to the finish line!)


Then we had the cheerleaders or aka Spectators:
Hodgie family: Maesee, Spenser, Margoe, and Jason

Daly Family: Carter, Maddy, Paige, Kate, and Chris
A few are in the photo below. What a GREAT job they did!!!!!

Here it the finish area in Downtown Mankato by the Civic Center. Lots and Lots of people out on such a gorgeous day!

Me and my Sweetheart... the things we have to do to get a little alone time... run 13.1 miles.

3 sisters again. We sure look happy here.

Marty run time: 1 hr 46 minutes 48 seconds (personal best)

 And yep, that's me - run time: 1 hr 59 minutes 48 seconds

 (I was shooting to be under 2 hrs... just barely made it! Personal best)

And Ted did his personal best too, just didn't get a photo of him this year, so I added one from last year.

run time: 1hr 42 minutes 8 seconds

 Must have been a good day for Running... everyone did the best they ever had done!

Rasmsey Park

What's that in the big leaf pile? 

I think it is a little head... Could it be a little girl and boy buried in there?

I think so!!!

We spent a beautiful day at the beginning of October at Ramsey Park.

The kids and I had a very enjoyable time. Lots and Lots of FUN!!!

Como Zoo 2012

The weekend we spent at Jim and Denise's we spent Saturday afternoon at Como Zoo.
