Miss Gracelyn graduated kindergarten May 23, 2013.
The ceremony was at St. John Lutheran Church. They do a joint graduation with the 8th graders and the kinders. Gracelyn's class had 23 students. The graduating 8th grade class was 3 students!
Gracelyn had her named called and then she walked up front to receive her certificate from a school board member and shake hands with the principal Mr. Dave Gartner. She did great.
She is so proud. I was so proud of her and tears just rolled down my cheeks when she was up front getting her certificate. She is becoming a big girl soo fast. She learned soo much this last year. I am amazed what she learned in kindergarten. She can read a book and sound out so many words, add and subtract. She has really blossomed and became more talkative in the classroom as the year went on. She didn't have one day where she came home saying she didn't like kindergarten. I really think she loved every single day!!!
Zach sure is proud of his big sister.
Grandma Myra even came to watch for the 7pm week day ceremony. That was very nice.
